Sponsor Kevin Taylor was nearest the pin on the fourth and 13th holes, Ruby Fowler won the 16th and Deb Kentwell the 18th. Other ball winners were Ruby and Mal and Joan and Phil.

It was good to see 28 players take the greens on Saturday for the Naggers and Non Naggers trophy, also an American Foursomes event.

The Naggers event went to Trish and Tony McAlary 63 1/2, with Deb and Greg Kentwell runners up on 64 1/2.

Alison Payne and Mal Stephens won the prize for the Non Naggers with 63 1/2 with runners-up Shirley Walker and Dennis Foodey 64 1/2. Greg Kentwell was nearest the pin on the fourth, Jarrard Noonan took out the 13th, Deb Kentwell the 16th and Alison Payne the 18th. Ball winners included Pauline Pallier and Jarrard Noonan.

Saturday is the Weigela trophy day 18-hole stroke and October medal and Sunday is the Warren golfers day, a three-person ambrose and players must have a current handicap. Nominations are to be in by 10am for a 10.30am start, with six drivers per person. Next Wednesday is the Warren Butchery American Foursomes mixed invitation event.
